LACEWING FINE ART was established by Noel James in 1979. We specialise in 17th to early twentieth century Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, by appointment only, and exhibit at major London Fairs. Noel James is a fine Restorer & Conservator in his own right. He is a FINE ART CONSULTANT, advising and helping customers put together, add to and care for their collections. Our priority is to work with our customers to provide a very individual service, with advice and aid on choosing and finding exactly what they require, and framing and conserving where necessary.
