After my Mum had a fall , I couldnt get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. Barry showed up within one hour, and sorted our issue in no time. He even put away the rubbish in his bag, small detail that I find thoughtful. Would highly recommend him, he unlocked the door with the broken latch without damaging the door at all, he clearly knows what he is doing!

The UPVC conservatory door was jammed and was unable to have it opened on both sides of the door. Barry quickly identified the problem and have the spare parts in hand.

He was very accommodating with my schedule, came the next day before I went off to work and offered an earlier time when it became available.

He also made sure to explain everything before and changed the front and back door locks very quickly.

Very professional and friendly service, came out really quickly to help my housebound dad with a replacement front door lock. Barry was absolutely fantastic! We had an issue with our front door late at night and gave him a call to see if he could help. He was outside our house within 15 minutes when he could have just waited till the morning. He gave us a price prior to coming and identified quite quickly what the issue was and dealt with it efficiently. He was extremely friendly and polite and even cleaned up the oil after he has finished. Would highly recommend. Turns out hell me our neighbour in a few months!! Barry responded to my call very quickly, he was in my house the following morning (I wasnt locked out of my house so it wasnt an absolute emergency, but he still was there within less than 24 hours of my call). The part they needed was a large part that they did not have with them, but they went to get the part from their supplier immediately and fitted it within minutes. Fantastic service. I called Barry just this afternoon and he came at 5pm to repair my lock. He had spare parts in his van so I didnt have to wait for parts. Fix it in no time at all and was very reasonable with price. Definitely would use this company again.

Barry did a fantastic job with helping me with a trapped door lock and another issue with internal door handles which had broken off. He was quick to respond with extra advice and came over and fixed the issue promptly. Its really great to have someone local I can trust with these issues. I used this company to change the locks when I moved in to a new house. I experienced a great service. The Locksmith was honest enough to say where the locks were fine and only merely needed minimal changes. The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close.
Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service.

Barry came out to us within the hour to look at our porch door which had locked and wouldn't reopen. Unfortunately it needed a part which he didn't have in his van. As this was now 4pm in the afternoon and Barry had an appointment which meant he wouldn't have time to get the part and fix the door, he arranged for his colleague Brian to pick up the part (which meant a round trip from Orpington to Croydon before the shop shut) and Brian came back and fixed the door that evening, which meant he was here until 7pm. Top class; if I could give 6 Stars I would do. I got in touch with Barry via his website on Sunday, got an email back promptly arranging an appointment. Barry turned up on time (with his mask on of course), dealt with my very complex seized garage door lock in a meticulous and careful manner - clearly a guy who knows his onions when you watch him at work on the intricate innards of a lock. He had the spare part needed in his van so grabbed it, reassembled the lock and fitted a new bracket for good measure to ensure it closes securely. Took payment on his card machine on completion for a very reasonable sum. Sent me an invoice by e-mail when he was back in his [very clean] van.
I run a local business in the trade myself so I appreciate everything Barry does to maintain his high levels of workmanship. All in all, another great example of why choosing local businesses will never let you down. Personal service, professional approach and a job well done!

Barry was brilliant! He was with me within the hour as promised. I lost a bunch of keys and he replaced the locks on 3 doors so quickly. There was a problem with the 4th lock. A very old lock to my brick shed with no handle and a bare lock. Very hard to replace. But he worked his magic and by the time he finished, I had a lovely lock, a lovely shiny silver panel and a sturdy handle. He made sure I checked everything before he left. Had an attempted burglary and wanted to put our minds at rest that the front door lock was ok so plucked KLS Locks from google as they were local and filled out the form on their website. Within an hour Barry called and popped around later in the afternoon. Reviewed and explained in detail all aspects of what we had, both front and back of the house, with the recommendation of upgrading the barrel on the front door to a more recent superior one which made complete sense. There was no push to sell extra products (trust me after an attempted burglary I'd have bought anything just to give my partner peace of mind) and really helped with advice along with fitting the new barrel with a set of keys. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing these kinds of services.

Fantastic service. Easter Sunday and my elderly friend had shut herself out with her key in the lock on the inside. We waited less than 10 minutes and the door was opened without fuss. And he charged less that a normal Sunday call out as my friend was an OAP and lived alone. Brilliant! Will definitely use again.
