read morePhilomene Essi returned from Scotland to her homeland in 2016 to continue the church planting mission and socioeconomic improvement program for the rural communities in Afeye that her late sister had begun. Chris Parker travels all over Iceland to build up and minister to local churches including in remote communities. He has also been working with the Icelandic Royal Rangers which offer to children a Christian, uniformed, practical-based program involving scouting-type activities and adventure in the outdoors.
