We had booked a Bouncy Castle and slide for our sons first big birthday and we were let down by Kerazy Castles as 3 hours before the party started they simply sent me a message saying sorry have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances! Not even a phone call or any proper explanation nothing at all! So we he had 30+ kids at a party looking forward to this bouncy castle and they were all let down!

I rang these guys on a Sunday morning at 7am desperate to get a bouncy castle for my daughters party due to being let down by the one we had booked! They were amazing - went out of their way to make sure we had a castle despite the date and time and being booked up and it was up for us by 10am that morning! The kids had so much fun all day on the castle which was good quality and were gutted when it got put down! I couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received and we will be using them again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! thanks again!

What a fantastic service, just supplied, erected an removed the assault course and kids play zone for my daughters 4th birthday party! Credit we're credit is due, I can not find fault with the service we have received from ordering to instillation!
10/10 will definitely use them again and will be spreading the word!
