Kedleston Hall, a National Trust property, is a Palladian Mansion built by Robert Adam in the eighteenth century for the Curzon Family. The course enjoys many scenic views over the surrounding park. The clubhouse has a bar and air-conditioned restaurant, with superb views over the course and Kedleston Hall beyond. There is a well stocked Professional's Shop operated by PGA Professional Paul Wesselingh.

The Course
read moreThe course, designed by James Braid, is 6920 yards par 72 from the Championship tees and offers an excellent test of golf for players of all levels. The course opened for play in 1947, having moved from the Markeaton Golf Club, which is now the site of Derby University, Kedleston Road Campus. The greens where reconstructed in the late 1990's to USPGA sand based specifications. The feature holes are the 527 yard par 5 5th and the 151 yard par 3 7th holes. The 5th green is protected to the left by a large copper beech tree, with the lake behind.
