I spoke with Jonny on Friday about a blockage. Whilst he told me he couldn't attend immediately he did give me some superb advice due to it being a shared drain that I wasn't aware of. He's a really friendly and helpful chap who I shall definitely use and recommend in future if I need to. Thanks Jonny.
