Johnson H & Sons

H. Johnson & Sons has been created for well over one hundred years, it originally began as joiners, wheelwrights and undertakers serving the local community. Its present owner Mr John Caunce began working for the Johnson family on leaving school in 1968 and carried on working for Mr John Johnson the last son working within the family business until his retirement in July 1984, upon which he took the business over. In 2004 a decision was made to upgrade the funeral business to keep up with modern requirements.
