Top Ice skating brand Planet Ice part of the Arena Group has announced a brand a new initiative with Local Education Authorities throughout the country. The new program enables youngsters to receive FREE ice skating vouchers based upon a 100% attendance at school. As a result attendance levels have risen sharply already - and the success of ITV's Sunday night show Dancing on Ice has been hailed as a main reason. One Council cabinet member for kids and young people, Cllr Alan Wells said: Dancing on Ice has really raised interest in skating and we're delighting that it seems to be playing.
