Inhouse IT Training

Suppose you send one of your employees on a generic 2 day Microsoft Office training course. The chances are that 75% of what is covered won't be needed for that person's job role. The employee has spent 2 days away from the office and might take the rest of the week catching up! If 2 or 3 employees need the training the problems multiply - the firm loses days of productivity through employees learning something not necessarily relevant to their job!
