At the head of the INCO staff is its Managing Director, Dr Surinder Sharma. As the next step forward in a diverse and successful career, covering research and development, consultancy and entrepreneurship, Dr Sharma launched INCO Software Solutions in 1998 and has moulded the company into one of the West Midlands' leading web development companies. INCO's initial focus was on the provision of IT consultancy in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) arena on IBM AS/400 Midrange systems. INCO serviced huge corporate names such as Dunlop Slazenger, Draegar International and Panasonic.
