I came across Imprintdigital.com when looking for a printing company for my small number of poetry booklets. From the outset they were helpful and friendly and always quick to get back to me which was just what I needed as I had never self-published before and hadn't the slightest idea of how to go about things! So huge thanks to all the team, especially Louise who led me, extremely patiently through each step and never seemed to mind my endless questions! I was very pleased with the result and even happier to have sold all 20 copies in two days. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very helpful people that steered me through the process required to produce a hard cover book. I was very naive about the proceedure especially with the cover design but with a lot of help from the team I have just recieved 20 copies and they are exactly what I wanted and just perfect.

My experience with Imprint Digital was fantastic, they are highly recommended! On Thursday 31 August 2023 I made inquiries about getting 260 perfect bound books printed, the price was very competitive, 2.16 each, so I placed my order and uploaded my file. Evie answered all my questions quickly, which was very reassuring, after all you are communicating a few hundred miles apart.

The next day, Friday 1 September, she sent me a photo of the front cover which had to be tweaked a bit, and twenty-four hours later, Saturday, I received a proof copy. Well, I was stunned, the speed with which Imprint Digital handled my order was almost magic! And I was impressed with the proof copy, it looked great: shiny cover, the photo colours were perfect, the title and my name on the spine, and the paper was high quality; the whole book looked classy, not cheap.

Very professional! In other words, the book was perfect, just the way I had imagined it to be. On Monday 4 September, after making a few corrections, I uploaded the updated file and a few hours later I received my invoice. I made a bank transfer right away, and the next day, Tuesday 5 September, Imprint Digital started the print run. Today 20 September, two weeks later, I received my 260 books an hour ago, plus two extra copies (thanks). Needless to say, I am utterly impressed with the experience!

I must also add that the books were very well packaged with air cushions on the sides to absorb shocks. And all of this started with my accidentally bumping into their very clear and helpful website and their easy to use quote calculator. Before the bumping, I had been searching on the internet with utter despair, and then suddenly Imprint Digital popped up on my screen and it proved to be an oasis on the internet desert.
