I have used him for several project from plumbing/ gas work and insulation for a bathroom, and he has never failed to deliver on the work. I recently read up reviews about IIR SERVICES & contacted Rachid about a leaking toilet. I was very impressed with the quick response & got the job booked in. Rachid came & explained what the issue was & also advised about changing the flushing valve. Rachid was very professional & completed the job with excellent result. I would highly recommend his company to friends & family.

Rachid was recommended by a tiler that was doing a job for me. He came very highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The ensuite bathroom that he gutted out and refurbish, amazing 5 Star finished. In fact he exceeded our expectations, his honesty, love for the job and expertise is outstanding. Every step of the way he consulted us as to what we would like and carries it out to our absolute satisfaction.

He never shy away from problem as he look at it as a challenge and learning something new and always finds a brilliant solution. Can't recommend Rachid enough and we are missing him now not been here but we have 3 more bathrooms to be upgraded and he will be back to do them. We have become friends (I hope). A kind soul he is! Looking forward to having him back again to do more work.

Rashid is a truly excellent engineer. He arrived within a day of making a request, fixed an issue a subcontractor told us couldn't be fixed (they told us we needed and entirely new boiler) and was still cheaper than British Gas by a long way. He is very thorough and checked every aspect of our heating system! He is also a friendly, approachable guy who talks you through everything he's done and provides all the certificates and test results. Thanks for getting our heating working Rashid, you're a star!

I called Rachid for the first time to repair a water hammer issue. He knew exactly what the issue was after asking me a few questions to establish the cause. We agreed a date and time for him to come round. He was polite, honest and personable. Issue resolved within 30mins. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience he provided. Rachid will now be my go to guy for any plumbing or gas issues.

Rachid was very detailed with his advice, easy to understand. I would say very punctual, did not rush the work and very accommodating, gave a first class service and would not hesitate to use him for other jobs. Customer focused and couldn't help enough.

Passionate. Professional. Precise. Contacted and received a response straight away. Gave a time and adhered to it. Work was completed at a profound outstanding manner. Work was completed efficiently and effectively. Every step of the way and details were given of what was being done to educate and to provide sufficient and key knowledge for me to maintain the lifetime and quality of my boiler.

The best materials, tools & equipment and service was used. Everything was cleared and cleaned after work was completed and rubbish and waste was disposed of. We have had many tradesmen come over the years (not only plumbers), and I can gladly state that brother Abdul Rachid is the best we've had. Excellent boiler repair and service provider in Leicester and surrounding area, Rachid is a down to earth person always smiling with customers, he knows his job, I had no heating & water new years day 01st January 2020, he came at a very short notice in the evening despite his tight schedule, found the fault, my boiler is well over 20 years old, made an effort to source the parts, and fixed the problem with genuine parts within 2 days, I recommend this gas safe registered company without any hesitation, unlike others he will not make you spend unnecessary money for a new boiler if he can repair it.
