Excellent service
We are converting our loft to a room. My next door decided to choose their own surveyor, he was a very difficult person to deal with, we were losing hope and thought to cancel our project to avoid troubles, but then my architect advised us to look for a surveyor to deal with him , after extensive online search and speaking to a number of surveyors, we found Beau Monroe, Beau was on top of the case from the first second , he is extremely experienced of dealing with other party wall surveyors, extremely knowledgeable in properties law and specially in the party wall act 1996 and all its sections and points. We had the party wall award completed by Beau in only two weeks time. We are so shocked of how quick and accurate he was and how he could deal with our next door own extremely difficult surveyor. Beau was very responsive and regularly updated us via emails and phone calls. Value for Money
