IWA was established in 1979 by Ian White to practice as Chartered Consulting Engineers in the fields of Building Services and Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. It is the objective of this practice to supply sound design technology from the inception of a project to guarantee that the final result will be the optimum with regard to form function, comfort, capital cost and running cost. The practice moved to new premises in 1989 and again in 2000 due to continued expansion and the need for more space, but still retains a individual service to customers.
