We renovated not one but three bathrooms with Hugo Oliver( a small downstairs toilet, an en suit and a family bathroom). We first engaged with Agnes who was very quick to respond to our query and paid us a visit very soon after, getting the whole process started. She was very helpful and friendly and advised us on the most suitable products according to our taste and budget.

There was an item delivered that was not entirely to our taste so Agnes promptly found a suitable replacement and kept us informed the whole way through the process. We also sourced some products from Top Tiles as its easier when Agnes is next door to them and can easy step in if something is needed. The Project Manager and the Fitter were amazing!

The project manager Maciek was very attentive, professional and polite, good at responding quickly and solving problems, and the fitter Damian is an absolute gem of a person! Very professional, considerate, polite, a perfectionist! Tiles were placed to perfection! The quality of the products is very good so combined with personal and professional services I can truly recommend Hugo Oliver services!

Our bathroom was old and tired and also the floor needed levelling. After some research we came across Hugo Oliver in Charlton. After listening to our ideas, Agnes and Paul put us in touch with one of their installers and we were fortunate to get Josh! Josh totally ripped out our old bathroom and everything was disposed of within two days. He then levelled and strengthened the floor, sealed and waterproofed the whole area and installed our new bathroom suite.

He carried out all the plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and all the finishing touches. All this was done professionally and efficiently. The whole project took approximately two and a half weeks. Any issues that came up were dealt with promptly and without any problems. We found Josh to be trustworthy, honest, punctual, polite and reliable. Our bathroom has been completely transformed and was ready in time for Christmas! Hugo Oliver have just completed my bathroom. I cant fault the service from design all the way through Aga, Paul and the team made the process stress free. The fitter Zbyszek was amazing, he had to replace a bad plumbing setup and then an undiscovered leak. He was a tradesman of the highest quality and made sure I knew what was going on. Aga forewarned the process would take three weeks and this enabled us to plan ahead.

For a project that should have been really stressful due all the things we found wrong with the downstairs bathroom once it was ripped out but Zbyszrk and the team at Hugo Oliver took care of everything. Really Professional company and a pleasure to work with.

Good service. We had our bathroom refurbished by then. They introduced us to a good contractor who did neat work (albeit life circumstances causing work to delay by 2 weeks). We are really happy with Hugo Oliver who acted as a one stop shop for bathroom from designing, picking out good quality fixings to heading to Topp Tiles with us to help us pick the tiles. We'd been struggling with our bathroom project. We just weren't getting the professional vibe from some of the other companies that we approached. We knew Maciek (fitter) from a bathroom at our old house in SE London, so we got in touch. We assumed, wrongly, that he wouldn't want a project in SW London. He put us in touch with Agnes at Hugo Oliver.

Everything changed. The patience & professionalism, are second to none. People are spending a significant amount of money on their bathrooms, and you need someone who is going to help, advise, and support you during the project - Agnes is all of these. Thank you!

Its now several weeks in from the completion of our bathroom and Im loving it. We had a very tight five week window for installation and they met it. Our installer was onsite promptly each day, and did a good job protecting the rest of the house from dust and mess. There were a couple of issues with products, but I mention this only to praise the rapid response in dealing with them - no delay to the overall project. We used Hugo Oliver after a recommendation from friends, and we would certainly recommend to others.

Agnes from Hugo Oliver worked with us to design our new shower room and then they supplied all the fixtures and fittings. Having the expertise for the design service was really useful and the order, supply and delivery were very efficient. Were very pleased with the end result.

Hugo Oliver completely transformed our en-suite bathroom with a smart use of space. Johann (the showroom manager) was fantastic in listening to our needs and designing a great bathroom, taking care to change the design through the discussion. The fitting is excellent, Gek (the fitter) was attentive, hard working and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. Johann was brilliant from the first time we walked into the showroom until our bathroom was finished.and beyond. He was patient and happy to try out as many options as we wanted to before we made our final decision. For the install the Project Manager and the Fitter were also brilliant, we were consulted through out the build and the results are amazing. Afterservice on one query we had was also quick and to our satisfaction. We would thoroughly recomend Johann and his team.

Fantastic place to use for bathroom refurb. Every product they sale is of great quality so that helps with the choosing straight away! Valentina was great at working to my budget. We could not be happier with our Hugo Oliver bathroom. The whole process was extremely smooth, from my first call with Laurentiu, to Agnes excellent design, and then Geks wonderful installation. Hugo Oliver have just completed our ensuite bathroom refurbishment and carried out an excellent job. Initially, Paul and Agnes provided us with a design and budget that met our requirements and this was followed by a high quality installation by their bathroom fitter, Kaspar. By its very nature the refurbishment of an ensuite bathroom is disruptive while living in the house but Kaspar was aware of this and minimised any disruption where possible.

Communication with the team was excellent so we always knew what was going on at anytime. Overall, we would have no hesitation in highly recommending Hugo Oliver for a bathroom fit out or refurbishment.

Hugo Oliver were our choice for bathroom re-design and installation and we are delighted with the results. Valentina took us through the options and helped us choose what worked best for our space. The process was smooth and easy. The installation took over 2 weeks and this was because Janus took proper care and attention. It is a complex process and we were amazed at his skills. The results are fantastic, the units installed high quality and we have a bathroom that is a significant improvement. 11 out of 10!

Very impressed by the knowledge and customer service here. I really felt I was sold the right products for me, my budget and my preferences. I cant recommend Hugo Oliver highly enough. While looking around for a firm to redo my tiny bathroom, they were the only people who would do what I wanted within a budget I was happy with. Our experience started with a nice conversation at the Hugo Oliver store in Charlton with Agnes, I explained her my ideas and what I wanted for our bathrooms, she was very diligent and helped with the planning and recommended Kasper to install both bathrooms, he is a very professional and polite guy, it was a pleasure having him doing the job, even with such a big project the disruption was kept to a minimum, but most importantly, the quality delivered it was just over any expectations, we are very impressed, the bathrooms are just stunning and they look very high ended, couldnt recommend this company enough, and by the way, the range of brands and products is amazing, they took care of every single aspect of the project and we just needed to wait without thinking on waste collection or deliveries, thanks to Agnes and specially to Kasper, what a great job and experience you provided us with.

We are delighted with our refurbished bathroom and new en suite from Hugo Oliver. Agnieszka helped us through the design process turning our vague ideas into beautiful and well-considered designs. She and Paul were incredibly attentive throughout the process usually returning emails or calls within a matter of hours. The building team led by Kaspar were also fantastic and we felt in very safe hands during the whole process.

During the refurbishment of our main bathroom we unfortunately found some structural issues with our house. Paul and Kaspar acted immediately helping us to find structural engineers and scheduling in the extra work that was required (extending the project by 2-3 weeks). The service was excellent throughout and our two bathrooms are even better than we'd hoped for!

From the moment we spoke with Johann at the Hugo Oliver store we had the most professional experience when we needed to have our shower room and a full bathroom completely redone. We were fortunate to have Janusz, who was amazing, undertake the works. He arrived early every day and worked long hours, he was really neat and concluded the works professionally and on time. Weve had a fantastic service. Valentina was super helpful and guided us with alternatives where the products we wanted didnt fit. Were very pleased with the end result. We had a few touch ups we wanted after the job was finished, and all were accommodated within 1 week of us requesting it. It is certainly on the higher end of the spectrum in terms of how much we could have spent, but the operation was very smooth, it saved us an incredible amount of time and worries about logistics. We would most certainly look to engage again. I dont normally do Google reviews, but Im very pleased with the result. Would most certainly recommend.

I have done many renovations but have never had anything go as smoothly and been such a joy as getting my bathroom done by Hugo Oliver. Paul and Agniezka were so easy to work with and always very responsive and knowledgeable. The whole job was done by Kasper when I was away and I walked in to see a perfect new bathroom. Our observation was the length of time it took for the completion of the installation, which was longer than expected.

We wanted to find a business that could help us fit a new bathroom from start to finish (i.e. design, source and install) - I found Hugo Oliver online, and their website suggested that they would be able to help. We got in contact with Agnes and she invited us to the showroom - we were able to pick out all of the fixtures and fittings we wanted, after which Agnes showed us a 3D render of what the eventual product would look like based on our bathroom dimensions. Agnes introduced us to their installer, Josh, who would complete the fitting.

He visited to assess the space and provide a quote - we then arranged a start date. A few weeks later, Josh and team then completed the work to a very high standard, and we now have a bathroom beyond what we thought possible in our house - we are very grateful to Hugo Oliver for the end-to-end service provided. It may have been a little bit more expensive than we'd anticipated, but the quality of the fittings and the overall service provided, which included managing the whole project, has ultimately proven to be value for money - I have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.

We recently redid our bathroom completely. Everything had to go and was replaced. The service and expertise was fantastic. Marcin Kwiatek, the installer, came around to have a look at the bathroom and took measurements first. Then we chose the items we wanted at Hugo Oliver in Charlton. Valentina helped with the design. All parts we chose are very good quality.

The install process was excellent. Marcin Kwiatek and his worker Adam did a phenomenal job. They redid the piping and electricity, built platforms for the bathtub, built shelves in the wall, tiled everything to perfection. They work extremely clean and are super reliable. Always on time. Marcin was a big help as well with advise and adjustments which came up during the works.

If we needed additional material or other material he got it for us. We didn't need to do anything. From start to finish I can recommend using Marcin Kwiatek and his team. The new bathroom looks stunning. Thank you!

The whole showroom experience was excellent. Agnes was brilliant and could not have been more helpful or informative in helping me measure and choose the fittings for a new shower room. Even though the brands displayed are maybe not as well known the price versus quality ratio is just right. Marcin, the Head of installations, who came around to quote is very thorough and had lots of useful suggestions to get around any issues. The only problem I still have left to solve is getting a new soil pipe installed and connected to the drain.

It was a pleasure going here one Sunday, and we found that the showroom was large and well-planned. The knowledgeable and charming sales person never tried to up-sell to us which was really nice. And we got two really nice bathrooms out of it. It is cool that the owner is on-hand and cares about the customer experience as well. I don't write reviews often, but these folks deserve a good one.

In December we had our bathroom completely redesigned and we used entirely Hugo Oliver's products as they are of very high quality and come in a great range. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Valentina who helped us decide on the right products for our project - nothing was too much to ask! I bought Burlington products from Bathroom Heaven in May 2012. I had tried to buy in another bathroom stockists, but they had no stock levels, however, at Bathroom Heaven, their supplier had everything we needed and it was ordered and delivered within a couple of days. The salesperson was very friendly, professional and helpful and knew the product range very well.
