Sarah-Jane treated me like a trusted friend throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble. She kept in constant communication to keep me updated with progress and even tried daily to attempt a cancellation survey to speed up the process for me.
The survey took longer than estimated however when I received the 75pg survey I fully appreciated why.
Nether the less SJ chased and text with updates and escalated when necessary.
I would highly recommend the level 3 survey as great value for money and an easy process.

James was extremely friendly , personable and knowledgeable. He was happy to share unbiased advice and assistance in how to approach our house move. Answering well any questions I had with informed and well researched advice that aided me in making a more well informed decision in regards the approaching of appropriate estate agents for the selling of our property. He also was helpful in explaining the process and financial implications of all aspects of house sales , conveyancing and removal costs. This was helpful in allowing me to factor those hidden costs into the purchase price of our future property. I would highly recommend his service. It is like a well informed friend giving you unbiased impartial advice in an area they are an expert in.

Good estate agent recommendations. I’m now going through the process of putting it on the market. James from Homemove was extremely helpful with getting things booked. It’s also great to have it all in one place.
