Homecarers Liverpool Ltd (HCL) was set up in 1994 to supply care workers to support people living in their own homes. Services are delivered to support older people, people with a physical disability, people with mental health problems and people with a learning disability. HCL supplies cleaning, care and support services to anyone who is referred by the social services or primary care trust and those who wish to purchase their own service.

It is always rewarding to help vulnerable service users who value and appreciate what we do for them, and daily thank us sincerely from their hearts. I like it when they also share their life experiences in casual chats we have during visits. HCL invests in improving technology, processes, quality controls and staff training continually. Locality managers are generally good listeners who work as a team. I have been working for HCL for 4 years as a Care Assistant.
