We don't offer No fix, no fee gimmicks what we'll do is attend your site at a rate of J20 vat callout fee plus J40. 00 per half hour labour if we believe that the repair is uneconomic we'll assess & quote for the repair, you can then decide whether it is economical to repair a machine. We'll provide advice on what alternative's (new & refurbished) that we would recommend. We'll then credit this against a replacement should you prefer to purchase a new machine from ourselves.
