Another visit to the Hex salon in Edinburgh and once again, complete professionalism! The team is always helpful, everything is explained in detail, and the repairs and advice are of a really high standard. It is clear that the people who work here have knowledge, experience and a great approach to customer service.

A huge plus is the Polish-English team, which will certainly please many Poles living in Edinburgh you can talk freely, ask for details and feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable electronics service and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

I was super happy with the service here. I wasnt sure if I could repair my old phone and was pretty keen to buy a newer used one. The staff were very helpful and informative and supported my decision. I was able to walk out with an iPhone 15 which is a huge upgrade from my last phone. They installed a screen protector for me and supplied me with a case and charger. Ive had the phone for a few weeks now and it is working perfectly. Overall I am pleased with my experience and purchase. 10/10

Friendly, efficient, quality service. Had an issue with my phone's charging port and the guy who served me was very kind and helpful, explaining what he could do to fix it and providing a cheaper option which worked perfectly and only took 30 minutes. Phone was fixed, didn't take long, plus I spent a fair bit less than anticipated. Very happy customer!

I had a very positive experience with HEX. I accidentally spilled water on my laptop keyboard after a long and exhausting day at work, and I was honestly very worried about the damage. As an Italian visiting researcher in Edinburgh, being without my laptop was especially stressful.
They explained that the diagnosis could take up to 12 days, and at that point I was quite scared because the outlook didnt seem very promising. However, after just 8 days they contacted me to say my laptop was fully repaired. They replaced the damaged components and brought it back to life at a very fair and honest price.
Throughout the process, they were clear, professional, and reassuring. Im extremely grateful for their efficiency and transparency, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy repairs in Edinburgh.

The team at Hex were amazing. I visited Hex to ask for a quote for an iPhone repair. After explaining exactly how they would approach the repair, they then made efforts to make the everything as cheap as they possibly could. After handing over my phone, they had it fully repaired and looking like new in under three hours. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Gaming PC from Hex last week, dealt with them a few times for laptops and decided to level up. Went for the banshee build however didnt want the same case as I prefer bigger chunky cases. Not an issue supplied a case of the light base model and stuck the components into that one.

HEX is actually insanely good???? Reasonable pricing despite the insane bubble in RAM components, genuine compassion, useful repairs, and actual human beings that know what you're talking about. Ask for Chris if you go there!

Great place for any mobile phone/tablet and pc repairs. I handed my Samsung in for a battery replacement, and it was ready to collect a couple of hours later.

Honest service, was advised prior to the repair that it may actually be a different problem rather than the battery, and if I was sure about replacing it.

Im not sure if its Marius or Darius I forget his name i think its Marius but anyway his customer service is just outstanding, he gave me so much information and answered all my questions thoroughly. Great service staff were super friendly, repair was carried out quickly and to a high standard. Was quoted over the phone and the person gave a lower quote for the part than it actually cost however hex still honoured the quoted price. Couldn't ask for more would definitely use again.

I had a cracked phone screen and was dreading the repair process, but Luca made it completely hassle-free. He was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. Not only did he fix my screen perfectlyit looks brand new againbut he also had great communication and made sure everything was working properly before handing it back. Super friendly and reliable. These guys are very trustworthy and honest. I couldn't get me laptop repaired because of a very particular problem and the part they needed to fix it was too hard to find and source. So they put my laptop back together and gave it back. they didn't charge me at all because they couldn't solve my problem. This should be a policy in every tech repair store. %100 recommend these guys.
