Fantastic! Had a leaking roof, contacted a number of roofing companies but their availability and pricing were not aligned with what I needed. I came across these guys whilst driving and I asked one of them if they had availability to look at my roof. Andy said he would be over at 6pm, come 5:50 he knocked on my door asked me a few questions, grabbed a ladder and quickly found the issue. Lucky he had some materials on his van to fix it permanently there and then. For sure incredible service and so professional too - even made sure my dog didnt escape (after becoming best friends with him). We couldn't be more thrilled with the work Heritage Roofcraft did on our Victorian terrace. The old slate roof was a nightmare – leaking, mismatched repairs, and losing tiles every winter storm. They completely re-roofed it using reclaimed Welsh slate to match the original, added proper breathable membrane (without spoiling the heritage look), and the lead valleys/flashings are works of art. The ridge tiles are dressed so neatly it looks like it's always been this perfect.The whole team were respectful of the house, kept everything immaculately clean, and even fixed a couple of minor gutter issues we hadn't noticed. Communication was brilliant from quote to completion – no surprises, no delays. If you're lucky enough to own a period property that deserves proper care, these are the people you want on your roof. I can't recommend Heritage Roofcraft Specialists highly enough! We had a sudden issue with storm damage/leaks on our roof (and it turned out our neighbor had the same problem in the same area). I called them in a panic, and they were amazingly responsive arrived quickly to assess, quoted fairly on the spot, and actually completed the full repairs for both properties the same day! The team was professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced with pitched/heritage-style roofs (they specialize in that). After suffering from a persistent bad leak in our roof for over a year, we finally found a company that actually solved the problem. Two previous roofing firms had come out, charged us a fair bit, and promised fixes but the leak kept coming back every time it rained heavily. It was incredibly frustrating and starting to cause damage inside the house. We contacted Heritage Roofcraft Specialists on a recommendation, and from the first phone call, they were professional, listened carefully to the history, and arranged a visit quickly. Their surveyor thoroughly inspected everything (including areas the others had missed), explained the root cause clearly (a combination of slipped slates, poor flashing, and some valley gutter issues), and gave us a detailed quote with no hidden extras. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently over a couple of days, and kept the site tidy throughout. They used high-quality materials that match our older property perfectly, and most importantly, the leak is now completely resolved no drips even during recent storms. Ridge fix

We'd been battling a frustrating leak coming through the ceiling, right at the top of the house, for months. Drips occurred every time it rained heavily or was windy. It turned out to be from cracked and loose ridge tiles, where the old mortar had failed and water was getting in behind them.

Two other roofers had been out before: one just slapped on some quick mortar that lasted a couple of weeks, and the other said it needed a full re-roof (at huge cost) but still didn't fix it properly when they tried a patch job. A friend recommended Heritage Roofcraft Specialists, so we gave them a call. From the outset, they were spot on; they arranged a prompt visit, did a proper inspection (including checking the ridge line thoroughly and spotting some hidden damage the others missed), and explained everything clearly without any hard sell.

They recommended re-bedding and repointing the affected ridge tiles with high-quality materials suited to our older tiled roof, plus some minor flashing adjustments to make it watertight for good. No massive unnecessary work was pushed on us. The team turned up on the agreed day, worked neatly and efficiently in just one day, kept everything clean and tidy, and even showed us photos of the before/after on the ridge. Best of all, we've had heavy rain and storms since, and not a single drop—completely resolved!
