Proprietor Phil Chatfield, took ownership of Hearts and Flowers florists on February seventh 2005 with a vision; a vision to take a very modest florist located on High Street, Bloxwich and over the next ten years evolve a branched network of florists under the Hearts and Flowers brand. Phil adds, Having worked within the recruitment industry for a number of years, i was ready for a fresh challenge. Working for myself appealed to me and Hearts and Flowers presented the best opportunity to test myself in a new industry.
