You will be entitled to 30% discount on furniture, access to essential items such as beds and large electrical items which are in short supply and therefore prioritised for our customers with low incomes. We will also deliver your purchases free of charge. Eligible benefits include: Income Support, Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, income-related JSA or ESA, Council Tax Benefit, Pension Credit and Working Tax Credit.
Volunteering with HFS charity

You can volunteer if you're receiving benefits such as JSA, ESA and Universal Credit as long as you also undertake any activities, such as job searching, training or other requirements, identified by your Jobcentre Plus adviser. Volunteering can count for up to 50% of the time that you are expected to spend looking for a job and there is no limit on the number of hours you can volunteer each week.
