Exceptional heat pump design & installation from start to finish. Matt and his team designed and built an air source heat pump powered central heating and hot water system for our house from scratch that only had storage heaters and an immersion heated water tank. The design was on point, flexibly designed for future planned improvements (an extension) and also at a very fair and competitive, transparent price that he stuck to. Matt also took the time to explain everything in what is an emerging technology that was new to us and answer every question we had.

The work was done very neatly and considerately, the pipework is neatly laid out - routed to ensure we can extend with minimal troubles and the disruption was minimal considering every room needed pipework running to it. Matt was also very responsive and has been on hand to fine tune and he and his team were meticulous in snagging and cleaning up.

I'd recommend Matt to anyone in a heartbeat and would be happy to talk to anyone considering his services to give more details. I very much feel like we lucked out finding him.

They installed a new boiler this time last year and It's just had it 1st service, no problems at all and all running fine, based on our experience we would recommend them. 24th April 2024 - Boiler serviced, efficient and professional as always.

Sorted out a problem radiator and installed a Drayton Wiser HubR (the key part of a smart heating system) for us. In the process, did the best bit of investigation work I have seen from any heating professional so far, and replaced a mess of existing wiring with a tidy, organised, labelled, professional installation, all at reasonable price. Very pleased.

Incredible service from Matt. He was very generous with his time when discussing our central heating requirements in person, by phone and by email and was able to give a number of quotes, booking availability in his calendar to meet our needs. We were looking for an air source heat pump but when our requirements changed after he had met with us he was quickly able to send us a new quote for a combi boiler, even letting us know that a cancellation had opened up the same day to get an urgent job sorted for us before the main work would take place.
