Outstanding service
Product (filing cabinet) supplied was excellent, but the service was outstanding. I have considerable mobility issues, and was delighted when your delivery staff member carried the cabinet into our flat, placed it where required, unpacked, fitted handles and feet - and took away packaging . recently purchased a chair which before buying was given valuable advice from Peter on the sales team, followed in due course by a courtesy call from Phil on the transport team to agree a date for delivery. Finally was delivered as scheduled by Lee, built and ready for use. Thoroughly pleased by the whole process and highly recommended.

This was the first time I have bought some furniture from Hallways, I have found it a very positive experience. Regrettably one of the items was damaged when I opened the packaging but it was immediately replaced and delivered very promptly. Great customer service. No complaints. I would definitely recommend Hallways and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future. Quality office furniture at a reasonable price.Thank you for your great service.
