
Greenacres Congregational Church is one of six Congregational Churches in Oldham. Oldham is situated high in the S-W of the Pennine hills, 7 miles N-E of the city of Manchester. It lies along the very edge of the historic Lancashire border, with Yorkshire close to the E. Greenacres is located in the E of the town, on the way to the old West Riding of Yorkshire. The Church was established in 1672, and the present Church built in 1854. The Church has many activities for lots of different people going on throughout the week.
