Clients have the correct to cancel their order within seven days if they change their mind. Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days of receipt in a new and unused condition, preferrably with original packing intact, along with the fully completed Returns Form. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Refunds will be completed within thirty days of cancellation.
