After a tenancy begins, we undertake inspections, coordinate repairs, handle renewals and address arrears where necessary. At tenancy end, we manage notices, discuss future marketing plans and arrange the property's return to the market. This comprehensive approach has helped us retain clients from the earliest days of our business and has distinguished our service from many others. Granger & Oaks have looked after two of my apartments in the city for the last 5 years or so. I have to thank them and say what a great job they have done in looking after them and making sure that I have barely had a day without tenants in all that time. Probably the best estate agents Ive had. Their communication is spot on. Massive shout out to Bali, whilst I was purchasing the apartment I was renting Bali kept up the communication and was also chasing the solicitor for me whilst I was busy. Couldnt recommend them enough.

Jonathan & his team have managed my rental property in Nottingham for approx 18 years. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best property management agents I have encountered during my 20 years as a landlord. We have used Granger & Oaks to let our property for the last 20+ years, and finally to sell it recently; I cannot praise them highly enough - they have always been extremely pleasant to deal with, prompt to reply to queries and have gone over and above expectations. In short, we have hardly had to do anything - they have swiftly sorted out all problems whilst keeping us updated. In over 20 years I can't think of a single complaint at all, and I get the impression our tenant is of the same opinion. Highly recommended!

I asked G & Oaks to help find, assess and now manage our properties in Nottingham. I cannot recommend them highly enough - all of the team are extremely professional and also excellent at communication with their landlords and tenants. The BTL market can be daunting but G & Oaks worked with us to develop our understanding and approach so that we felt confident in purchasing a small portfolio quickly.
The client software let's us know where we are with regards to marketing, repairs and income on line. I would especially refer to G & Oaks management of the repair service - using their local expertise probably saves us 30% on repairs each year, compared to trying to organise our own.
