The call out fee (40.00 +VAT) includes all travel & expenses & the first 30 minutes on site. Our standard hourly rate (35.00 + VAT) applies in 30 minute increments thereafter. At present 90% of 'call outs' are completed within the initial 30 minutes. Please note: call out fee is due upon arrival, in cash or cheque, or bank transfer prior to acceptance of the job. All follow up work will be on a time and materials or fixed price basis.
