We used GL Design Services and worked with Gregory, who was efficient, gave detailed structual analysis and reccomendations for the builders. He was very thorough and clear and transparent with pricing and akso fair as the job ended up being very straightforward so he charged less than the original quote. I found Gregory to be expert, honest and trustworthy. I would strongly recommend his services as a safe pair of hands.

Gregory was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in his approach to the site visit he conducted for us at our home. He undertook structural checks and identified if walls were load bearing before we look to remove them for a reconfiguration project of our adjoining bathroom and back bedroom. I found GL Design online, as a company that was local to me that would support the structural designs for our renovation project. With this being our first renovation, I don't mind admitting that I didn't really know what I was doing. As I talked Gregory through what we wanted, he was patient and knowledgeble and made me confident he knew what was needed, whilst providing us with helpful alternative options with the value of his experience. Their price was fair too. I'd have no hesitation in recommending GL Design.
