Cannot praise Gatekeeper enough. Had three valuations about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Theirs was 20k higher but I wondered if that was just to pull me in. However Kenya lived locally, knew the location and obviously had warmth and genuine belief in selling my bungalow. What a great decision that was. A week or so after going on sale the asking price was agreed upon. Lucy took after the after sales bit and now 7 weeks or so later money is in the bank. Fees were better too than other local agents so I cannot praise these guys too much. Nothing went amiss, feedback and communications were spot on. Best decision ive made for ages
