Customer services were brilliant and I had a replacement liner within days. Pond is up and running again with a wooden trellis lid as the heron is still around. Thank you so much

I purchased a 12ft stretched octagonal from them in late September last year. There were some issues with delivery, but these were the fault of the delivery company, not Garden Paradise.
I installed it on a 16 x 8 plywood sub frame because moles are a significant problem in my area and I wanted to prevent one from popping up through the liner.
The build process was straightforward, with all parts fitting together as expected and everything included. The instructions and online videos made construction easy to follow. I chose to add a retro fit aerated 4" bottom drain and have since put up the Trellis above, with the filtration system and other features still to be completed, including boxing in the filtration, adding fishing line and pond balls to deter herons.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the company, and would highly recommend them to others.
