A friendly knowledgeable sales person visited to provide information and an estimate within 2 days of me phoning them.
I chose a SeceuroGlide Excel custom-made roller garage door. The estimate was reasonable compared to that from other companies.
Fitters turned up at my house within 2 weeks of me accepting the quotation, they were friendly, helpful, completed the work within 3 hours and took away my old garage door.

A very professional service. The installers worked quickly and diligently but cheerfully addressed any queries I made as the work progressed. On completion, they fully explained what had been done and made certain I understood the work and how to use (and maintain) the product. They even drew my attention to a tiny scratch (about 1 mm long, if that) on the door and arranged for a touch up paint kit to be sent to me. A very good service all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Todd called in the day after I called with a replacement remote which he then paired for me FOC whilst (politely & patiently) explaining how I could do this in future, if required. I was delighted with the service and paid their invoice over the 'phone the same day.

Amazing service, I had an issue with my electric garage door which they resolved remotely and even though I offered to pay something for their time they did not charge for the service provided. Most companies would have sent someone out to fix the issue and charge a small fortune! The previous company that looked at this fault said I would need to replace the door and quoted over 2.6k.

A really good experience from beginning to end. Martin came and measured and advised on the art of the possible and options as well as highlighting challenges such as my garage floor not being quite level. Forecast delivery and work times were accurate and Tony and Nick seem to have done an excellent fitting job. The fitting process took a bit over 5 hours including fitting a floor strip. They were polite throughout and left my garage in a tidy state. Very pleased.

The survey and installation of my new up and over garage door was not a straight forward or easy project but the surveyor and two fitters applied themselves with considerable expertise and continuous good humour to provide an end product that was very satisfactory and looks brilliant. Excellent service. We phoned in the morning as our garage door was unresponsive to the fob.
The head control motor had died.
Paul called in on his way home. Replaced the head control motor and checked thar everything was working properly.

Bristol Garage Door Company installed my door about 12 years ago and it developed its first fault a couple of weeks ago. It was necessary to replace the wall mounted control box which had failed. BGD quickly supplied and fitted a current replacement at reasonable cost. Very neat and tidy and would highly recommend.
