After doubts toward the end of the week of the game being played due to the amount of rain, the weekend saw the pitches in superb condition and it was a credit to the Sports club that all games were played. Bardsey were looking to continue to build on the positives from the last several weeks but the management and players realised that this would be our sternest task of the season so far and we would know at the end of the 90 minutes just how far we had progressed (or not)
