With over a decade's experience of hospitality within cultural venues, we are a well established but growing company with an exciting portfolio of new projects on the horizon. Fresh Element started life in 2004 as a start-up catering company with one small kitchen, one van and a vision for providing the people of the North East with fresh, natural, local food.
