With acrylic and plastic fabrication, therein lies the skills of our fabricators by bending and/or bonding an array of plastics, creating a product purely by their labour and skill. Bending and forming all plastics by heat is the main stay of fabrication manufacture alongside material bonding. We have also developed processes to achieve curved shapes in acrylic and polycarbonate on a multi-unit produce scale, a process which in the past has been a time consuming, complicated and expensive process.
