Ryan Forth and two school friends founded the business in 2022, bringing their experience together within one company. While our formal business history begins in 2022, the team has decades of hands-on trade knowledge. More than 500 projects have since been completed throughout the North East, encompassing roof repairs, roof replacements, driveways, patios, garden transformations, fencing, repointing and brickwork improvements. Through this work, we have developed an organised approach centred on understanding the property, communicating clearly and preparing the project correctly.We start by carrying out a survey and establishing the requirements before any work proceeds. Customers are given clear information about the available options, with advice based on the property and the work involved. Our multi-trade team can provide individual services or coordinate several requirements within the same project, making it possible to deal with roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork through one company. Careful planning and suitable preparation are central to our process, while final checks help ensure the project is completed properly. Once work has finished, we explain what has been done, provide maintenance recommendations where relevant and outline the guarantee details associated with the project. Danny and the team did a cracking job on our garden. The design came out exactly how we'd pictured it, which doesn't always happen, and the finish is spot on. Everything left clean and tidy at the end of each day, no mess, no fuss.
Good communication throughout and they just got on with it. Really happy with how it's turned out. Would recommend without hesitation.

We recently had forthcoming roofing company replacing half of our roof.
They have been an exceptionally good company to work with, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend them. One of my pet peeves is lack of communication/transparency: not the case here - even though they are extremely busy, they made every possible effort to keep us informed every step of the way about where they are, whats happening next, and what to expect. They clearly know their trade inside out, they work well, quickly and tidily, and they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the project.
More than anything, I wanted to mention that Ryan, the director, spent at least an hour and a half with me today, helping to prepare material for a related court case. He helped put together photos, videos, an expert report, and a very clear explanation sheet to help us present the issues in straightforward terms for the judge.
To be clear, I had already paid Forthcoming in full they absolutely did not need to do this, let alone spend so much time helping me. I genuinely appreciate the effort and support theyve given us.

From the outset, they made the required work very clear and gave options, from repairing areas needing immediate attention to a full roof replacement. I ultimately chose a full replacement, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They provide insurance-backed guarantees with CPA, which gives real peace of mind. Their work looks outstanding, and any questions or concerns Ive had were resolved immediately. The team working at my home were pleasant, chatty, and hardworking, even in terrible weather.

The guys came out and carried out a survey and pointed out the work required with no pressure, after I accepted I was kept updated regularly without me needing to chase them, the roofers where great!

It's very difficult to comment on quality of work completed as I have very little knowledge when it comes to such things!, that said the new roof looks very solid and there are no leaks whilst they have done an excellent job of an extensive repointing job of the chimney stack. Inevitably, there were a few smashed tiles on the lower floor due to items falling whilst work was being completed but they were promptly replaced. A few delays over start and finish times which was understandable considering weather and the company kept me informed.

Ryan, Joe and team did an excellent job from start to finish. Initially troubleshooting what I thought a minor problem, they were able to define a bigger roof replacement project with a timescale that suited me , at a reasonable price.
