FORCETEN was established in 2002, by a Graduate Building Engineer, with the intention of delivering a cost effective service to the growing need for accurate and descriptive reports on the condition of Buildings and Building Services required by House Purchasers, House Vendors, Landlords, Insurance Companies and Contractors. Our staff is led by the original Graduate Building Engineer with over twenty five years of property experience. We're qualified Homes Inspectors and members of the Institute of Building Management and Maintenance.
