Ed in the showroom was great and helped us with our choice without being pushy. Love the floor we chose. I will be going back to get stair carpet too when we are ready. The fitter had to cut the wood in the rain until I gave him my large parasol to work under. So it was a bit messy with them going in and out with the sawdust but they did clean up. So a thumbs up for Flooring Surgeons.

Beautiful work. Laminate through my lounge and hallway by Ryan and it was absolutely fantastic. Friendly customer service as well. Looked amazing when it was finished and myself and my wife are very happy with it. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone

I can't rate this company highly enough. The service, from first visiting the shop many months ago to obtain samples, to the aftercare once the floor had been fitted, has been exemplary. The range of products is excellent and they are very competitively priced. The floor we chose was of excellent quality. The team at the shop have been brilliant, giving advice where needed and Ed was able to suggest some good ideas for finishing off the floor around tricky areas when he visited to quote.
The fitters were brilliant; so hard working and managed to complete both jobs in 2 days, rather than the three planned. They even managed to work with our tile design. I am thrilled with my final floor! Thank you to everyone at Flooring Surgeons, I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

Superb service from Flooring Surgeons. The initial request for sample was processed quickly and I received a follow up call shortly afterwards by Paolo. Excellent service when ordering and company allowed choice of delivery dates. The quality of the product itself is absolutely superb, looks and feels like real wood and carpenter said it was very easy to work with.
The whole team, Sales, customer Services and delivery were amazing and I was very impressed. Would thoroughly recommend Flooring Surgeons and will definitely use again in the future.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Friendly staff in store who helped us choose our floor with all the information we needed. Harvey was excellent, came to measure and show us samples in our home to see what the floor will look like. Floor fitters came on time, friendly and polite. Highly recommended and extremely pleased!

Great service from Harvey and all at Flooring Surgeons. Seamlessly managed the purchase, levelling and installation. Fitter arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished at 8.30pm. Floor looks absolutely stunning.

Brilliant service from start to finish. A wide range of quality flooring options at great prices. Harvey was very friendly and helpful. Fitters did a wonderful job could not recommend this place anymore. We went for herringbone for the whole downstairs of our house and it looks incredible.

Highly recommend this company. Everything has been amazing, from customer service to the fitting of the floor. Very professional and high quality work. Can't thank Ed and the fitters enough for our amazing floor! Had herringbone laminate all through the house and we couldn't be happier with it. Nothing was too much trouble, as I made couple of changes to the order throughout the process but Ed was always very accommodating and always happy to help! The two fitters were also fab!! The finish on the flooring is immaculate! Can't recommend flooring surgeons enough!! Thanks again!
