Absolutely love our new flooring. Great quality at good price. We had to return our first lot of flooring as I didn't like the colour I'd chosen. Staff very friendly, quick response and happy to help. Most boxes were still sealed, so I was allowed to return. Apart from one open pack, so couldn't return that one.

I have now bought 2 carpets and one amount of underlay with 3 separate deliveries. The service has been very straightforward. I picked my own preferred delivery dates and the deliveries were in the time slots indicated at the start of the day. Delivery drivers were very helpful in getting the carpet to the required location. Really good service!

Worried about ordering carpets online, but reviews I'd read about Flooring Hut were positive. Very happy with the service. Prices were excellent, kept up to date throughout process and couldn't fault their service in any way. Carpets arrived very well wrapped and labelled with sizes and colours so knew exactly where each one was for. Courier delivery was also faultless and they too kept us up to date with when carpets were being delivered.

Outstanding!! I visited my local flooring company to choose a high-end vinyl for my bathroom. I have bought twice from this company recently. Out of curiosity I decided to do a search for the exact same flooring and found Flooring Hut sold it. It worked out about 60 cheaper for me for a small 6m squared vinyl. Fantastic price, service and delivery.

The price was very competitive and the delivery was exceptionally quick. The floor tiles are still in the boxes as I have had to delay the fitting, so I cannot comment on the product yet.

Ordered JHS Mainstay carpet tiles in Sky. Flooring Hut had the most competitive price, and delivered them in good time. I had the tiles laid in my loft and they look great.

First delivery of carpets arrived promptly and when we were advised they would. Second delivery of carpets didnt turn up. Phoned to chase them and it seemed there had been a mix up and they were completely forgotten about. After a couple of days chasing them a new delivery date was booked in and they arrived when they said they would. Quality of carpets is excellent!

Very helpful at point of sale, and easy to deal with. Small problem at warehouse caused a delay but fixed as soon as they knew about it. Courier wasn't good, but a separate company who they then complained to.

I was after a 2 part epoxy type DPM. Flooring hut had it at the best price and had the best delivery time scale. Great communication all the way through. Mike the delivery driver knew he wouldn't get down the lane so we met in town and I had my items. Easy.

Absolutely brilliant! Fantastic service from start to finish. I needed the flooring delivered on a next day and Paul and his colleagues saw this through and was delivered lunchtime the next day. There was a slight difference in colour from what we were expecting (nothing to do with flooring hut, this is a manufacture issue), but Paul dealt with it quickly and efficiently - he was on it immediately. Web site very easy to use, placed a small order. My order was shipped via a third party carrier who delivered to the wrong address. Although my order was small Paul contacted the carrier and kept me informed. This is an excellent company and the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you all
