Fjordling Smokehouses

Smoked fish includes Scottish salmon, Hampshire trout, eel, mackerel, kippers and prawns. Smoked poultry includes chicken, duck and turkey. Smoked meat includes pork loin, Welsh lamb and Scottish beef fillet. Other items perhaps available seasonally or to order. Fjordling Smokehouses was set up in 1982 and provide many of their original clients. A van delivery service is available to restaurants, pubs, hotels, delicatessens, caterers and shops both locally and up to the London area. Items can be sent by mail order for trade and private clients who are further afield.
