He also diagnosed other issues and after discussing them with me ,acquired the parts and also fixed them .He is clearly very knowledgeable and at a later date was able to be online with me to also solve other minor issues .

My PC had a crashing issue for a long time which I had took to a computer repair shop to sort out where they kept it for over a week and werent able to find the fault. I spoke to Jay after being recommended him by a friend, Jay was happy to take a look and was even able to diagnose the fault within the same day that I dropped the PC off. Only 2 days later I received the it back to me with the new part installed at a fair price. A lot of people like to claim to be experts but Jay is the main man and he really knows his stuff when it comes to computer repairs.

My computer is about 4 years old and was running slowly. Jay installed a SSD and increased the RAM. Jay explained what he would be doing and gave me regular updates on how he was progressing. On learning that I had transport difficulties he arranged to pick up and drop off my computer at no extra cost.
My computer is now like brand new : it's running much much quicker and is very quiet.
