Extremely professional and friendly. And was happily given further explanation on what was happening (and what dangerous issues were uncovered!). I came away with a much better understanding of my home, and far better safety to boot.

We were looking for an honest and reliable electrician to undertake a safety check of our recently purchased house in Peterhead. We were lucky to have found Faithful Spark Electricians. Steven attended to our request promptly and undertook the work as requested. He was polite and well presented and explained a few remedial tasks that were required, which Steven will return to undertake. Very happy with all aspects of his work and very reasonable rates.

Made a really nice job of my charger install and consumer unit upgrade. During the EICR testing they discovered breaks in both socket rings caused by a faulty cable and an old (live) socket box that someone had plastered over. Wouldn't have had a clue about these dangerous faults otherwise. Recommended - would definitely use them again.

Excellent and very helpful. Had my kitchen and consumer unit rewired. Due to working away it had to be done in various stages as I was doing all the non electrical work myself. Steve Ewan and Lewis had a number of visits and they were all very professional and I have honestly never seen such neat and tidy wiring. Excellent local company and highly recommended

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Steven the electrician! He came to our flat last minute in the middle of a very cold start to winter to fix our broken heaters. He walked us through everything he was checking, explained what he found and was incredibly thorough the whole time. Best part? He fixed the issue right then and there in the same appointment!
Were definitely calling him for any future electrical problems, seriously cant recommend him enough.

Would highly recommend Stephen for any work. Couple of jobs done in the last week at short notice and he went out of his way to carry out what was required. Went above and beyond to get the parts needed to ensure work was completed the same day. First class service and work would have no hesitation in using Stephen again for any electrical work that needs done

We had a power outage that affected all the sockets downstairs, leaving us without hot water or heating on a Saturday afternoon. Steven came to our rescue promptly. He quickly provided a temporary fix for our heating and hot water, and then dedicated his weekend to finding the root cause of the issue.
Steven spent many hours over his weekend working diligently to restore our power. By Sunday evening, we had working power back downstairs. He also identified some underlying issues and will be returning to make additional repairs and recommend work to bring our system up to standard.
We are very grateful for Stevens dedication, expertise, and hard work. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Highly recommend his services!

I recently bought a property in Peterhead and had a hard time finding a reliable electrician. Several came to quote but either didnt follow up or gave sky-high prices. Then I found Steven from Faithful Spark, and what a difference.

He handled the rewiring professionally, and hes been responsive and helpful every step of the way. As an architectural designer, I have high standards when it comes to the quality of work, and Steven has met them all.
Highly recommend Faithful Spark to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled electrician.
