We diligently test our Cloud Room Security, Data Storage, Device Registration and Service Network Monitoring in order to always reassure you that your video call is secure and safe. For added security, you can set up your CloudRoom with PIN numbers. You can use the same PIN for all participants, or you can use PINs to differentiate between Hosts and Guests. When a participant dials the address of a CloudRoom that has a PIN, they are presented with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) screen where they are asked to enter the PIN number.
