At EVOLUTION MAA we teach practical martial arts, meaning we take practical aspects from lots of different styles and teach individuals how to defend themselves in a realistic environment - the street. We cover many different scenarios so individuals know how finest to cope with different situations that might arise (in any array of attack from someone stood off being verbally aggressive through to strikes, grabs and grappling) and we cover practical defence from weapon attacks.
