Sam is very professional - quick and accurate communications. He is also happy to explain his work which inspires confidence. He serviced my boiler and rebalanced heating system and I was very happy with the quality of the work. He also talked me through pros and cons of various options to upgrade some radiators which is helpful in deciding what work to have done in the future. Also a friendly and likeable guy. Sam came to help us with our unusual heating system - a 2000 litre thermal store connected to a log burner which runs our domestic central heating. Despite it being an unfamiliar set up, Sam managed to identify the fault and fix it. Many heating engineers would have gone weak at the knees, but Same took it in his stride. I particularly valued his willingness to listen to what I had to tell him about the system and also to share his diagnostic process. His doing this meant I gained some valuable information about our system.Sam is friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Gas fire repair
Sam showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with my fire and fixed it on the spot. He took great care to make no mess and carefully checked that my fire was working efficiently and safely when he had finished.Great to see he had an apprentice with him - making a contribution to the trade.
The service was good and the price was fair. Sam's definitely on my short list of people I can trust to do this kind of work.
