Honestly one of the best companies I have had to deal with ..customer service is awesome ..a company that will help you fix your fire rather than encouraging you to just buy a new one !!

Recieved ours yesterday, brilliant delivery and item itself was immaculate. Found the one we wanted here slightly cheaper as well with free delivery. Highly recommend

A really good choice of fires at a really good price. Very helpful young lady and wasn't pushy. Think we are ready to order now that the decorator has gone and the carpet fitter is due Wednesday.

Container delivery - Dont drive in. Drive to the end of the road to T Junction to come back on yourself and reverse from the main road, downside of children's nursery.

Great fire for the price. Easy to assemble, looks good, especially at night with the mood lights on. Quick delivery, there was a slight problem with our surround but sorted without any quibbles from a great customer service team. Also phoned for some advice and again customer service was excellent, genuinely try and explain things in a patient manner and don't make you feel as though you are a pain. Great fire, great customer service and great company all round. If you hadn't guessed, I highly recommend fire and Endeavour.

Had a problem with a faulty pcb board, contacted Endevour via messenger and got an instant reply, once we narrowed down the problem and which model of fire the replacement part was shipped out the same day. Thoroughly impressed with their customer care and service. Would highly recommend Endevour Fires to anyone.

The Danby Fire Place is actually stunning, I can't believe the cost, it looks so much more expensive and poeple we know who have spent thousands and achieved the same look, its just lush, so cozy and the extra strip lighting that lights up the surround adds the extra touch to light the room perfect, highly recommend this company, these guys were also great to deal with via email when ordering as we ordered during mid pandemic, no concerns and communication was top. Thanks guys

I would truly recommend Endeavour Fires to anyone ,I've had my fire 6 years & I love it, had a problem were it just shut down. I rang Endeavour & explained my problem, they narrowed it down to PCB board, which immediately they posted out to me free of charge ,which I didn't expect, My fire is now back to normal ,, I love it & I can't recommend them enough & the fantastic after care services,who were most helpful ,friendly& lovely to talk to ,,Thank You

I bought a fire from Endeavour last year and it developed a fault. I contacted them and they replaced my old one and picked it up. The staff are so lovely and professional I can't thank them enough. I rarely write reviews, but I had to do so in this case. My old aunt bought beautiful endeavour fireplace when she moved home, unfortunately it sat in storage for a while before she could install it. When she finally got around to it, it lasted a few weeks and it stopped working. She had no warranty, not even a receipt. I contacted the team at endeavour fires to see if they could provide a part number for the broken PCB, so I could order a new one. They politely requested the original mailing address to confirm which model of fireplace was purchased, then sent out FREE REPLACMENT PARTS with no questions asked. I have been an engineer for 10 years and have never witnessed a company provide parts for free, ESPECIALLY without a receipt or warranty. All of this occurred during the nationwide lockdown. 5 stars isnt high enough. Please let your customer service team know how much their fast and kind responses were appreciated.

Would highly recommend Endeavour Fires, we went to the showroom and had fantastic service, very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products, we chose the Runswick fire and are delighted with the product, very easy to install and looks amazing.

Bought a Castelton electric fireplace and unfortunately it was damaged during transit, however,the customer service i received was above and beyond, damaged parts replaced within a day and also delivered to an address of my choice,couldn't fault it. The suite looks fab and i would highly recommend this company. Thanks everyone for an outstanding service.

This fire is soooo realisitic it's amazing! The closest your are going to get to having a real fireplace. Easy to assemble, standard fireplace size, Comes with mood lighting. All manuel or remote controlled. The sellers are fantastic and very willing to help with any issues that may arise after sales which is great!. I've had the fire now for a few months and get compliments all the time. Going to order another one! FAB product and service guys-10 stars! Just check out their hundreds of positive reviews on Amazon.co.uk and trust me they are true!.

Went to the showroom to view the fires, the young lady showing us round was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Came away with the Runswick which is absolutely stunning. Cant believe what good value for money they are in comparison to other fire suites we have looked at. Very satisfied customer

We bought an Roxby electric fire from Endeavour, it unfortunately arrived damaged. However, they responded quickly and had it swapped over in a few days - excellent service. Easy to install and operate. Very good quality and far superior (and quieter) than our Valor fire.

Viewed fire and ordered it, admitted I live within a few miles of showroom, but ,within two hours the fire was delivered. Now thats what I call impressive. Nice fire too!

Excellent service and fantastic product. Bought a wall mounted fire which turned up within 24 hours. There was a small issue with my order but the team at endeavour put it right immediately, I didnt have to do anything. Thank you so much for being awesome

I ordered an electric fire to replace an ageing Dimplex. We initially got the wrong one delivered (very quickly). When I phoned about this, the gentleman was very helpful, and the correct one was despatched and delivered very quickly. I am VERY impressed with the fire (a Holbeck) and it is much better than the much more expensive Dimplex. The product and service were both superb so I would recommend Endeavour to anyone looking for a fire.
