I have been a tenant with Ellen Kay for 4 years and have not experienced any issues with them. The staff members are always pleasant and any problems I encountered, which were few, were addressed and resolved quickly.
I am disappointed that I had to relocate from the area because they are truly a great letting agency, and I have no complaints about their service.
