Egg & Spoon have been providing food at product launches, weddings & civil partnership ceremonies, canap parties, corporate weekend events, concerts, festivals, vintage tea parties, private dinner parties, bbqs and street parties, for intimate dinners and parties for hundreds in all kinds of amazing venues; castle ruins, the middle of a field, the beach, historic houses, private gardens, barns, warehouses, galleries, museums, back stage of theatres, marquees and boutique hotels. We have created many bespoke menus & unique products for clients, including an alice in wonderland picnic, gold leaf blackberry jelly cocktails, sea salt & black pepper caramel lollipops and logo cookies.And its not just all about the food. We have a fantastic team of friendly, professional staff to make the day run smoothly and who make it their business to ensure you yourself have a great time too. From ensuring that the tee-total mother of the groom gets her cup of tea ( white, no sugar ) in a real china cup immediately upon arrival, to handing out mugs of steaming hot cocoa with marshmallows to guests sitting around the fire pit on a perfect starry night egg and spoon understand its the little details that make your special event into an extraordinary event.

What we do
read moreWe dont make a song & dance about our local, seasonal & green credentials - its just how we do things anyway. But. Our menus reflect the seasons and availability of produce. We love Sussex cheeses and they feature heavily in our menus and cheese boards. All our eggs in every dish come from happy, free-range chickens. We can see our fish supplier from our kitchen window & they in turn set sail from the harbour opposite. And our ice cream is made specially for us in the kitchen next door !Testimonials
