Edgar Cowen was established in 2005 and we've been experiencing significant growth ever since, the firm was established by Andrew Pearson and soon after he was joined by Mark Ashton. Both directors have had over 10 years of recruitment experience, and both directors still spend a significant proportion of their days engaged in recruitment activities, it is significant to both directors that they lead their teams by example and they do that by being 'on the phones'
