We required an emergency response for a suspected and concerning circuit-burn out. At short notice, firstly we had an accurate diagnosis over the phone and a clear plan of action. Followed by almost an instant visit, Rich confirmed the diagnosis, made the situation safe, and the next day arrived with a replacement part to rectify the problem. Eclipse could not have responded more impressively so thank you for a 10/10 response. Ok, 5/5 !

New to Kenilworth, I contacted Eclipse as they are listed as a local pro by Google for anything related to Google nest thermostats. The booking was process was very easy and Rich was very knowledgeable and friendly. He wore shoe covers and got to work straight away getting the thermostat "talking to" the heat link. Definitely recommend
